Wondering what you can & cannot bring to the show?
Here is the list of prohibited items / don’ts: outside food or beverage, alcohol , drugs, or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances, pets, glass bottles, metal cans, cups or coolers, camelbags/bota bags, instruments, blankets, chairs, flags, fireworks, explosives, laser pointers, light gloves, LED micro lights, slingshots, flashlights, massagers, professional camera equipment (no cameras with detachable lenses), tripods, audio recording devices, plush or furry items (including backpacks), spray paint, pacifiers, dust masks, stickers, flyers, posters, open packs of cigarettes/unsealed tampons (upon entry), sharpies/markers, weapons, explosives, tear gas, pepper spray, pocket knives or blades of any size or style, pets (with the exception of service animals), water guns, toy replica weapons, eye drops, squirt bottles, soap bubbles, noise making devices (ie. horns, cowbells, whistles), beach balls, frisbees, balloons, skateboards, skates, gang attire, chains/chain wallets, oversized purses, backpacks (over 10”x10), e-cigarettes, selfie sticks and any other item deemed inappropriate by Palladium management.
No refunds/exchanges, no sitting on designated dance floor areas. No ins and outs. No exceptions.
We abide by a zero tolerance drug policy, detection will result in access to the event being denied and removal from the event. Please respect our regulations. Please contact any security or staff member for location of First Aid & Medical—take care of yourself and others.
Hollywood Palladium provides accessible seats for every event. Each guest is allowed up to 3 companions to join them, however companion seating may be limited and subject to availability
Accessible restrooms are located in the main lobby on the ground level.
If a patron has a medical condition that requires syringes or special medical attention, please alert a staff member or security personnel upon arrival at the entrance gates. They will notify Hollywood Palladium Medical who will discuss your needs and ensure all is handled in the proper manner.
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited at Hollywood Palladium with the exception of trained service animals and service animals in training that qualify as such under the ADA guidelines. Service animals are welcome inside the venue, but must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times
There are 2 ATMs on site in the Hollywood Palladium lobby.
Lost and Found is located at Coat Check in the lobby on the right hand side after entering the venue. All lost and found items will be returned to this area. After an event, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 323-762-1926 to see if your item(s) was found.

Here’s how to find us:
From the North: 101-S. Exit Vine St.. Right on Vine St.. Left on Sunset Blvd. Hollywood Palladium will be on your left. Enter on Argyle.
From the South: 101-N. Exit Sunset Blvd. Merge right to Sunset Blvd W. Hollywood Palladium will be on your right. Enter on Argyle.
Public Transportation: Red Line to the Hollywood/Vine Station. Walk South on Argyle, Hollywood Palladium will be on your left. We suggest as many people as possible take public transportation. It’s quick, easy and parking can get expensive around Hollywood.
We will be using the parking lot that surrounds the Palladium for our outdoor stage and other areas, so it will not be available. Parking is available at the Sunset Media Center across the street on Argyle. Sunset Media Center parking ranges from $10-$20.

Thank you for purchasing tickets (hopefully) to SUPERSONICO: A CULTURAL HAPPENING—Saturday, October 3rd at the Hollywood Palladium—located 6215 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028. Please note the following:
The Box Office is open on Saturdays 10am-2pm for no fee ticket sales. Doors open at 2pm and first band starts at 3pm.
There is a customer service table located in the lobby—find us if you have any questions once inside in the venue—we’re happy to help!
This is an All-Ages event. Children must be accompanied at all times.
